Chocolate apple cake
Ingredients
125 g butter
125 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
125 g fl our
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 packet baking powder
1 apple
a little icing sugar
Preparation
1) Mix the sugar, softened butter, vanilla sugar, eggs, fl our, baking powder and
cocoa powder to make a dough.
2) Peel and core the apples. Chop the apples into small pieces.
3) Fold the apple pieces into the dough.
4) Put the dough into a microwaveable dish.
5) Cook the cake at 900 watts for approx. 9 minutes in the microwave.
6) Allow the cake to cool a bit after cooking before knocking out of the form.
7) Sprinkle a little icing sugar over the cake.
NOTE
The cooking time can vary depending on the shape.
