♦ Press the – /WEEK LANG button or the
+/ZONE 12/24 button to set the desired value.
♦ Press the SET button to confirm your entry. The
second clock time is shown on the display.
International time display/time zone
You can use this function to show any desired time
zone on the display.
In this mode, you can only set the hours. The minutes
run synchronously with the local time.
NOTICE
In countries that can receive the DCF signal but are
in a different time zone, you can set the correspond-
ing time zone.
For instance, if you are in a country in which the lo-
cal time is one hour behind central European Time
(CET), you can set the international time display
one hour earlier. The time is still controlled by the
DCF signal, but shows one hour earlier.
Setting the time zone
♦ In basic mode, press the +/ZONE 12/24 but-
ton for about 3 seconds. ZONE appears on the
display.
♦ Press the SET button for about 3 seconds. The
hours flash on the display.
♦ Press the – /WEEK LANG button or the
+/ZONE 12/24 button to set the desired value.
♦ Press the SET button to confirm your entry. The
time of the time zone is shown on the display.
♦ Press the
+/ZONE 12/24 button for about
3seconds to switch between the time zone
(ZONE) and the local time.
