DE AT CH Zusammenbauen und Aufstellen WARNUNG! BRANDGEFAHR! ► Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals unter Hängeschränke oder neben Gardinen, Schrankwänden oder anderen entzündlichen Gegenständen. ► Stellen Sie das Gerät nur auf eine hitzebeständige Unterlage. 1) Entnehmen Sie alle Teile aus dem Karton und entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial und eventuelle Schutzfolien. 2) Reinigen Sie alle Teile, wie im Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“ beschrieben. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Teile vollständig getrocknet sind.
HINWEIS ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN! ► Die Kontrollleuchte 6 leuchtet, während das Gerät auf die eingestellte Temperaturstufe aufheizt. Wenn die Temperaturstufe erreicht ist, erlischt die Kontrollleuchte 6. Jedoch kann diese immer wieder aufleuchten und erlöschen. Das bedeutet, dass die eingestellte Temperatur kurzzeitig unterschritten war und das Gerät wieder aufgeheizt hat. ► Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden oder aggressiven Reinigungsmittel.
DE AT CH Fehlerbehebung Fehler Das Gerät funktioniert nicht. Das Fett läuft nicht in die Fettauffangschale 3. Ursache Lösung Der Netzstecker ist nicht mit dem Stromnetz verbunden. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose. Die Netzsteckdose ist defekt. Benutzen Sie eine andere Netzsteckdose. Das Gerät ist defekt. Wenden Sie sich an den Service. Das Thermostat 5 steckt nicht richtig in der Buchse 1. Schieben Sie das Thermostat 5 in die Buchse 1. Das Gerät steht nicht grade.

De gebruiksaanwijzing maakt deel uit van dit product. Deze bevat belangrijke aanwijzingen voor veiligheid, gebruik en afvoeren. Maak u vertrouwd met alle bedienings- en veiligheidsaanwijzingen voordat u het product in gebruik neemt. Gebruik het product uitsluitend op de voorgeschreven wijze en voor de aangegeven doeleinden.
Veiligheidsvoorschriften ► GEVAAR – ELEKTRISCHE SCHOK! Laat beschadigde stekkers en snoeren onmiddellijk door geautoriseerd en vakkundig personeel of door de klantenservice vervangen, om risico's te vermijden. ► Zorg ervoor dat het snoer geen hete delen van het apparaat kan aanraken. Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de buurt van open vuur, een kookplaat of een ingeschakelde oven. ► Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan de regen en gebruik het ook nooit in een vochtige of natte omgeving.

LET OP – MATERIËLE SCHADE! ► Gebruik geen externe tijdschakelklok of een separaat systeem voor afstandsbediening om het apparaat te bedienen. ► Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd als het is ingeschakeld. ► Let erop dat het apparaat, het snoer of de stekker nooit in aanraking komen met hittebronnen zoals kookplaten of open vuur. ► Gebruik geen kolen of soortgelijke brandstoffen om het apparaat te laten werken! ► Gebruik geen keukengerei van metaal, zoals messen, vorken, enz.
Monteren en plaatsen WAARSCHUWING! BRANDGEVAAR! NL ► Zet het apparaat nooit onder hangkasten of in de nabijheid van gordijnen, kastenwanden of andere licht ontvlambare voorwerpen. ► Plaats het apparaat uitsluitend op een hittebestendige ondergrond. 1) Neem alle onderdelen uit de doos en verwijder het verpakkingsmateriaal en eventuele beschermfolie. OPMERKING ► Bij de eerste keer opwarmen van het apparaat kunnen restanten van het productieproces lichte rook- en geurontwikkeling veroorzaken.
OPMERKING LET OP! MATERIËLE SCHADE! ► Het indicatielampje 6 brandt terwijl het apparaat wordt verhit tot de ingestelde temperatuur. Als de ingestelde temperatuur bereikt is, gaat het indicatielampje 6 uit. Niettemin kan het indicatielampje steeds opnieuw gaan branden en weer doven. Dit betekent dat de temperatuur even te laag is geweest, zodat het apparaat weer moet worden verhit. ► Gebruik geen schurende of bijtende schoonmaakmiddelen.

To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or power cables to be replaced at once by qualified technicians or our Customer Service Department. Protect the power cable against contact with heated appliance parts. NEVER use the appliance adjacent to open flames, a hotplate or a heated oven. Do not expose the appliance to rain and never use it in a humid or wet environment.

Assembly and setting up WARNING! RISK OF FIRE! GB ► Never place the appliance underneath wall cupboards or next to curtains, cupboard walls or other flammable objects. ► Place the appliance only on a heat-resistant surface. 1) Take all the parts out of the box and remove the packaging material and any protective wrapping. 2) Clean all of the components as described in the section “Cleaning and care”. Ensure that all parts are completely dry.
NOTE ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY! ► The indicator lamp 6 illuminates while the appliance is heating up to the set temperature level. When the temperature level has been reached, the indicator lamp 6 goes out. However, this can always illuminate and go out again. This indicates that the set temperature has briefly fallen and the appliance is heating itself back up. ► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning materials. These could damage the surfaces! 2) Apply a little vegetable oil to the griddle 4.
Troubleshooting Defect GB The appliance is not working. The fat is not running into the fat drip tray 3. The indicator lamp 6 is illuminating and going out again frequently. The indicator lamp 6 does not illuminate. Cause Solution The mains plug is not connected to the mains power. Insert the plug into a mains power socket. The mains power socket is defective. Use a different mains power socket. The appliance is defective. In this case, contact Customer Services.
Warranty and Service The warranty provided for this appliance is 3 years from the date of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
