• Alignthecoverandreplacethefourscrewstosecureitinplace.

• Theanglecanbealteredbylooseningtheangleadjustmentknob(2),oncetheangleiscorrect,tightentheknob
• Connecttheworklighttothemainsandturnthepoweron.
• Makeanyminoradjustmentsnecessarywithintherstminuteofthelightbeingon.Ifleftanylongertheunitwillgethot
andcouldburntheoperator.
• Oncenishedusingtheworklight,disconnectfromthemainspowersupplyimmediately.
MAINTENANCE
• Keepworklightcleanatalltimes.Dirtanddustwillcauseinternalpartstowearquickly,andshortenthemachine’s
servicelife.
• Cleanthebodyoftheworklightwithasoftbrush,ordrycloth.

NOTE:Removethecardwhichholdseachbulbinplacebeforeturningthelighton.
• Thehousingoftheworklightwillgetveryhotandshouldnotbeusedwithin500mmofcombustiblematerials.
• Alwaysunplugtheworklightbeforeattemptingtochangethebulb.
•Iftheworklightneedsitsbulbchangingortheworklightneedsmovingtoanewlocation,alwaysallowa10minute
cooldownperiod.
• Neverpointthelightdirectlyintoapersonseyes.
• Usegloveswhenreplacingthehalogenbulb.Theoilfromyourskincouldshortenthebulbslifesignicantly.
• Donottouchtheworklighthousingwhenthepowerison,thesurfacecangetveryhotandcancauseseriousburns.
• Alwaystransporttheworklightbygrippingthefoamcarryhandle(1).
• Makesurethattheworklightisusedonalevelsurface.

Replacing or installing the bulb
• Disconnecttheworklightfromthemainspowersupply.
• Removethefourretainingscrewsanddisconnectthecoverprotectingthebulbs.
