3.3.2. Report for Location by Call
If location by call is enabled, the device will send out its current location according to the working
mode. (Refer to chapter 4.2.4)
If location by call is set to working mode 1, whenever there is a incoming call, the device will
send +RESP:GTLBC to the backend server.
