Place hand underneath back of futon, and

lift again. Futon will lock into recline

position, used for lounging.

To sit up futon entirely, push forward on

back once more. Futon will lock into full

upright position, perfect for television,

coversation, or similar activities.

Standing to the side of your futon, place your

hand on the back of the futon. Push the back

of the futon forward. Hinge will release.

Gently pull on back of futon, and allow

it to lie flat.

6 P A R T Attach the Beautyflex Slat System to the Metal Seat and Back Frame. Using the provided Plastic End Caps (H) and the Beautyflex Slats (9) start at one end of the seat frame and Attach the slats to the seat frame by placing the plastic end cap over the end of the slat and then firmly pressing down the plastic caps two teeth will click into the metal frame.

1 4 2 CA L A Assembling the Seat FramesLay out the Metal Frame which comprises the Seat deck as shown in diagram below. Seat Requires Frame members (6), 2 x (3) and (4). Once you have the frame layed out per diagram below attach using 2 x (C), and 4 x (B) bolts that came in the BODY box Hardware. C L R R C A A C Before assembling left arm to left hinge, please ensure you’ve done the following. Open the Two Hinges inside your hardware kit. You will find an “L” Stamped into one of the hinges.
