OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS AND WARNINGS TO REDUCE THE LIKELIHOOD
OF SERIOUS OR FATAL INJURY.
THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN OVER 1½ TO 6 YEARS. MAXIMUM
WEIGHT OF 60 LBS (27.2 KG) PER CHILD. LIMIT 3 CHILDREN.
FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE.
PLEASE SAVE THIS INSTRUCTION SHEET IN THE EVENT THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAS
TO BE CONTACTED.
TWO PEOPLE REQUIRED. HAVE ONE PERSON HOLD DOWN THE PRODUCT WHILE OTHER
SECURES SCREWS.
WARNING: Strangulation hazard
- Failure to follow these instructions may create a strangulation hazard.
Do not allow children to wear inappropriate items, such as but not limited to,
loose tting clothing, hood and neck drawstrings, scarves, cord-connected
items, capes and ponchos. These items can cause death by strangulation. Do
not attach items to the product that are not specically designed for use with
the product such as, but not limited to, jump ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes,
cables and chains, as they may cause a strangulation hazard. Remove bike or
other sports helmet before playing on this product.
WARNING: Fall hazard
- Falls onto hard surfaces can result in serious injuries or death. Never install over
concrete, asphalt, packed earth, grass, carpet or other hard surfaces. Carpet
over hard oors may not prevent injury.
- Always use protective surfacing on the ground under and surrounding the
playground equipment according to the enclosed “Consumer Information
Sheet for Home Playground Surfacing Materials.” Maximum fall height
protection up to 50 in (1.27 m) required.
WARNING: Adult assembly required
- To prevent serious injury, children must not use equipment until properly installed.
- Adult supervision required. Do not leave child unattended.
- This product is intended for use by children over 1½ to 6 years. Maximum
weight limit 60 lbs (27.2 kg) per child, limit 3 children.
- Follow all installation assembly instructions.
- Instruct children on proper equipment use and their safety.
- Perform periodic maintenance checks.
INSTALLATION/ASSEMBLY:
Observing the following statements and warnings reduces the likelihood of serious
or fatal injury:

Surfacing Materials.” Maximum fall height protection up to 50 in (1.27 m) required.
- Place this product on level ground, at least 6 ft (1.83 m) away from any object. Objects
to be avoided include, but are not limited to other equipment, fences, buildings, garages,
houses, overhead branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Observing the following statements and warnings reduces the likelihood of serious
or fatal injury:
- Adult supervision required. Do not leave children unattended.
- This product is intended for use by children ages over 1½ to 6 years. Maximum weight
limit 60 lbs (27.2 kg) per child, limit three children.
- Do not allow children to wear inappropriate items, such as but not limited to, loose
tting clothing, hood and neck drawstrings, scarves, cord-connected items, capes and
ponchos. These items can cause death by strangulation.
- Instruct children on proper use for their safety:
Do not get off equipment while it is in motion.
Do not walk close to, in front of, behind, or between moving items.
Do not use the equipment in a manner other than intended.
Do not allow children to climb on product when product is wet.
Do not attach items to the product that are not specically designed for use with the
product such as, but not limited to, jump ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables and
chains, as they may cause a strangulation hazard.
Do not climb on or over railing.
Do not stand in front or block slide exit.
Always wear well-tting and full foot enclosing footwear. Inappropriate footwear includes
clogs, ip-ops and sandals.
Remove bike or other sports helmet before playing on this product.
Sit on slide and slide down feet rst.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: FAILURE TO PERFORM PERIODIC CHECKS COULD CAUSE INJURY.
The following checks should be performed at the beginning of each season and twice
monthly during the usage period.
- Take this product indoors or do not use when temperatures fall below 32°F/0°C.
- Check legibility of warning on the product, replace as necessary.

- Rake and check depth of loose ll protective surfacing materials to prevent compaction
and to maintain appropriate depth. Replace as necessary.
- Reinstall any plastic parts, or any other items that were removed for the cold season.
- Tighten all hardware.
- Check metal parts for rust. If found, sand and repaint using a nonlead-based paint
meeting the requirements of 16 CFR 1303.

DISPOSAL:
- Disassemble and dispose of equipment in such a manner that no hazardous conditions,
such as but not limited to, small parts and sharp edges, exist at the time equipment
is discarded.
- Please recycle when possible. Disposal must be in compliance with all
government regulations.
