ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 1 3 Hinge Side This Up 6 Small pre-drilled holes 1. Insert Dowel 6 into Divider C . 2. Align pre-drilled holes on bottom of Back F with Dowel 6 on Divider C . ( Note: please pay close attention to the location of the 2 small guide holes which accommodate the lid support. They need to be on the same side as the hinges ). 3. Using 2 Allen Key Screws 3 to attach Back F to Divider C .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 2 G G C C F 1. Attach Bottom Panel G to Divider C & Back F by sliding on the gap between Divider C & the long rail on Back F .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 3 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. D 8 8 C 6 1. Insert Dowel 6 into Divider C . 2. Align pre-drilled holes on bottom of Front D with Dowel 6 on Divider C . 3. Using 2 Phillips Screws 8 to attach Divider C to the middle bar on Front D .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 4 A D C G F D F G A 1. Insert 4 Dowels 6 into each Side A at specified location. 2. Align pre-drilled holes on side bars of Front D & Back F with Dowel 6 on each Side A . 3. Using 4 Allen Key Bolts 1 (40mm length ) to attach Front D & Back F to each Side A .
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 5 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. H 8 G H 1. Attach Bottom Support Leg H into pre-drilled holes of Bottom Panel G using 4 Phillips Screws 8 . 2. Use Phillips screwdriver to tighten Screws. Do not over-tighten.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 6 NOTE: The screwdriver is not included in the hardware pack. 7 B 1. Attach Seat B to 3 Hinges on Back F using Phillips Screws 7 ( using guide holes underneath of Seat ). 2. Use phillips screwdriver to tighten Screws. Do not over-tighten. STEP 7 B 4 C 9 1. Attach Lid Support 4 into pre-drilled holes of Seat B and Divider C using Phillips Screws Round Head 9 . 2. Use phillips screwdriver to tighten Screws. Do not over-tighten.
ASSEMBLY MODEL # 3AXCBROBEN-BL STEP 8 E A 2 5 1. Attach Backrest E to back of Sides A using Allen Key Bolt 2 into pre-drilled holes. 2. Use Allen Key 5 to tighten Bolts. Do not over-tighten.
