Assembly
Pulley Assembly Installation
(All Models)
1. Install the rear idler pulley (AO, Figure 10) in the front
hole on the left side of the hitch assembly. Secure using
capscrew (E), two washers (O), step spacer (P), and
nut (J) as shown.
NOTE: The other three capscrews securing the hitch
assembly may need to be loosened while installing
the pulley assembly. Tighten all hardware after pulley
installation.

2. Install the triple pulley assembly (AP, Figure 11) to the
hitch assembly using the post as shown. Secure bottom
of (AP) using pin (S) and safety clip (Y) as shown.
Note: The bottom of the triple pulley assembly bracket
should be on the inside of the hitch assembly bracket as
shown.

3. Mount the front idler pulley assembly (AQ) onto the left
side of the lift shaft (AR) as shown.
NOTE: The front idler pulley assembly (AQ, Figure 12)
should be pre-assembled with loose hardware. The
hardware will be tightened after belt installation.

4. Hook the slot (AS, Figure 13) of the idler arm onto the
tractor frame (AT).
