Assembly
Lift Rod Installation
(All Models)
1. Verify that the threaded rod assembly (AU) was
assmbled as shown in Figure 14 .

2. Attach the threaded rod assembly (AU, Figure 15) to
the lift rod (AV) as shown. Thread the lift rod onto the
threaded rod assembly until end of rod is tight against
outer nut.

3. Set to the attachment-lowered position.
4. Entering from the right side of the tractor, insert lift rod
assembly (AW) above rear axle and between the right
rear tire and frame as shown in Figure 16. Slide the lift
rod assembly (AW) onto the right side of the lift shaft
(AX) through the lift lever assembly (AY) as shown.
5. Attach the bottom of lift lever assembly (AY) to the
tractor lift lever link (AZ) using pin (U) and safety clip
(Y).

6. Attach the back end of lift rod assembly (AW, Figure 17)
to the hitch assembly (AN) using pin (T), spacer (Q) and
safety clip (Y).
