3. Adjust the front idler pulley assembly belt guides (BM,
Figure 28) within 1/16” of the belt. FULLY TIGHTEN
FRONT IDLER PULLEY ASSEMBLY HARDWARE.

4. Route the belt above the spring loaded tiller idler pulley
(BN, Figure 29) as shown.

Note: Large tiller pulley (BJ) may be adjusted slightly in or
out for better belt alignment with BN, AO and AQ. Loosen
set screw and adjust as needed.

Belt Installation
(All Models)
1. Install the belt on the rear tiller pulley (BJ) as shown in
Figure 26.
Note: The smaller upper and lower pulleys of the triple
pulley assembly should trap the belt in the middle pulley
groove with the belt routed below the rear idler pulley.

2. Install the belt on the front idler pulley assembly (AQ)
and PTO pulley (BL) as shown in Figure 27. Ensure the
V-belt sits in the V-grooves of the pulley.
Note: The top and bottom portions of the belt both run
below the rear idler pulley and should NOT cross.
