Save to PDF
The Save option Save As PDF enables Milestones Simplicity to directly save to a PDF fi le. Users can create PDF
fi les from a schedule without needing a PDF printer such as Adobe PDF®.
Simply select File | Files and Templates: Open and Save Options | PDF and enter a fi lename; then, when the fi le
has been created, click OK to view the new PDF. Milestones will attempt to launch the fi le using the default PDF-
viewer.
The PDF fi le automatically includes a bookmark section made up of any bookmarks in the schedule, and optional
buttons for hyperlinks. Only the fi rst hyperlink on each symbol or task row is included.
