REGULAR MAINTENANCE
Regular Maintenance
Maintenance Schedule
The following schedule should be followed for normal
care of your rider and mower. You will need to keep a
record of your operating time. Determining operating
time is easily accomplished by observing the elapsed
time recorded by the hour meter.
MOWER
Every 8 Hours or Daily
Check safety interlock system
Check mower blade stopping time
Check mower for loose hardware
Clean debris from engine compartment
Every 25 Hours or Annually*
Clean deck & check / replace mower blades**
Lubricate mower
Check tire pressure
Every 100 Hours or Annually*
Clean battery & cables
Check / Adjust PTO clutch
* Whichever comes first.
** More often in hot (over 85°F; 30° C) weather or
dusty operating conditions.
ENGINE
Before Each Use
Check engine oil level
Every 25 Hours or Annually*
Check / Clean cooling fins & intake**
Every 50 Hours or Annually*
Inspect / Clean spark arrester***
Every 100 Hours or Annually**
Check Fuel Filter
Refer to Engine Owner’s Manual
Service air filter
Change engine oil and filter
Check / Replace spark plugs
* Whichever comes first
** More often in hot (over 85°F; 30° C) weather or
dusty operating conditions.
*** If equipped. Replace if damaged.

Check Tire Pressures
Tire pressure should be checked periodically, and
maintained at the levels shown in the chart. Note
that these pressures may differ slightly from the “Max
Inflation” stamped on the side-wall of the tires. The
pressures shown provide proper traction improve cut
quality, and extend tire life.

Front 25 psi (1,72 bar)
Rear 15 psi (1,03 bar)
