Check Tire Pressures
Tire pressure should be checked periodically, and
maintained at the levels shown in the chart. Note that these
pressures may differ slightly from the “Max Inflation”
stamped on the side-wall of the tires. The pressures shown
provide proper traction, improve cut quality, and extend tire
life.

See Figure 3. The seat can be adjusted forward and back.
Move the lever (A, Figure 3) forward, position the seat as
desired, and release the lever to lock the seat into position.

Briggs & Stratton Commercial Turf Engine (C, Figure 1)
Check that the crankcase is filled to the full mark on the
crankcase oil fill and dipstick (D & E). If necessary, add
oil through the engine oil fill. See the engine Operator’s
manual for instructions and oil recommendations.
Make sure all nuts, bolts, screws and pins are in place
and tight.
Adjust the seat position, and make certain you can reach
all the controls from operator’s position.
Fill the fuel tank with fresh fuel. Refer to engine manual
for fuel recommendations.
