Defaults
The default setting is optional.
Access
Enabled.
Usage
This parameter applies to all UNIVERGE WL Access Points managed by
the UNIVERGE WL Controller. If you change the setting to required, the
UNIVERGE WL Controller requires UNIVERGE WL Access Points to have
encryption keys. The UNIVERGE WL Controller also requires their fingerprints
to be verified in UNIVERGE WL Control System. When UNIVERGE WL
Access Points security is required, a UNIVERGE WL Access Point can establish
a management session with the UNIVERGE WL Controller only if its fingerprint
has been verified by you in UNIVERGE WL Control System.
A change to UNIVERGE WL Access Points security support does not affect
management sessions that are already established. To apply the new setting to a
UNIVERGE WL Access Point, restart the UNIVERGE WL Access Point.
Examples
The following command configures a UNIVERGE WL Controller to
require UNIVERGE WL Access Points to have encryption keys:

administrator. Encryption is used for UNIVERGE WL
