8.1.4 Ethernet
Ethernet
These Ethernet settings are used to connect to the
chamber over your local network LAN, or the
Internet.
Set the IP Address Selection to DHCP to have your
network’s DHCP server dynamically assign an
available IP Address for you controller. If you do
not have a DHCP server or want to manually set
the IP Address of your controller, set the IP
Address Selection setting to Static IP. Then enter
the Ethernet Address, your Subnet Mask and
Gateway addresses. You network administrator
should be able to provide you with these
addresses.
Note: The numbers shown at left are examples
and may not work on your network.
8.1.5 TCP/IP
TCP / IP Server
The TCP/IP Server supports remote control over
TCP/IP using a simple terminal emulator such as
HyperTerminal or the Synergy Nano’s companion
Synergy Manager Chamber control and monitoring
software.
8.1.6 WebTouch Remote ™
Web Server
The web server allows you to remotely control,
monitor and run diagnostics on chambers over the
web using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web
browser.
