1 Year Limited Liability Warranty
Simposh products are under a 1 year limited liability warranty that covers any
defects or malfunctions occurring during the intended use of the products. If a
defect or malfunction occurs during use of product for its intended usage, this
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the item and does not include
any compensation for any loss arising. If a defect, malfunction or any loss arising
from the product is caused by not using the product for its intended usage, then
this warranty is void and not redeemable.
