Surface treatment:

To avoid acoustic noise, it is very important that the surface of the blister is

smooth. Avoid cracks, dents and other unevenness.

1) Sand blast after grinding to SA 2.5

2) Apply one coat of red ferric oxide prime

3) No concavity is accepted

4) Maximum convexity is 3 mm

5) Small local hollows (max 1 mm!) can be accepted
