INSTALLATION
The display is now showing the first name on the list. Assign a
hardware port to the name by turning the course selector until the
hardware port is displayed.
Proceed to the names on the list that shall be assigned by pressing
STBD [>] button. Select appropriate NMEA ports by turning the course
selector, or exit from menu by stepping through the list of names by
pushing STBD [>] button.
Note ! At the completion of the Interface Setup, the names of items that you have
assigned hardware ports to will be available as sources of data for NAV
(navigation) and POS (position) in the USER SETUP MENU. It is
recommended that you access the User Setup Menu directly after completing
the Interface Setup to select the desired data. Refer to page 34 for details on
changing the items in the User Setup Menu.

The listed HW ports are factory (default) assignments after a Master
Reset. The names may be assigned to other HW ports as per below
dependant of the system configuration.
