Installation Settings Menu
The Installation Settings Menu (ISM) is presented on the autopilot
display by pressing and holding the NAV/SETUP pushbutton for 5
seconds.
Note ! The INSTALLATION SETTINGS MENU is different from the USER
SETUP MENU . Refer to flow diagram on the opposite page for a pictorial
view of Installation Settings Menu.
There are several actions that you can do once you have accessed the
ISM:
Answer YES to the question by rotating the course selector dial
clockwise
Proceed to the next item in the menu by pressing the STBD
pushbutton. (Proceeding to the next item when presented with a
question is the same as answering NO to the question.)
Proceed back to the previous item in the menu by pressing the PORT
button
Change the selected item shown rotating the course selector dial
Leave the ISM by selecting STBY, AUTO, or NAV.
On new installations, and whenever a control unit, junction unit, or
software is replaced in an AP300X system, it is recommended that a
MASTER RESET be performed as described in the ISM prior to
proceeding with the setup procedure.
When using the ISM refer to the diagram "Installation settings
Menu Flow Chart" on page 96.
