The 2Bas setting is a combination of the Rec. 709
and sina gamma settings. The base gamma curve
at ASA/ISO 200 is the same as sina gamma at 200,
but the ASA/ISO 400 and 800 gamma curves are
calculated the same way as the Rec. 709 gamma
curves, with ASA/ISO 400 = 2× gain and
ASA/ISO 800 = 4× gain.
