Sending the Scanned files Directly to FTP
If the machine is connected to the network, the scanned image can be sent to the FTP server directly.

Place the original.

Press 【Scan】 button.

When [Where to scan] appears, press 【OK】 button.

Press
【OK】
button in [Scan to FTP] to select the receiver`s address to send to.
① Search Address Book: you can select the receiver`s address from the stored address book.
② Direct Input: you can enter a new FTP address.

After selecting or typing in the FTP address, user account(ID) and password (if FTP server requiring an
account), return to the scan window and press 【
】 button to proceed the scanning and sending the des-
ignated address.
