A3 Tx
You can scan A3 document to send it.
The input methods are the same as above transmission modes. However, press 【A3】 button at the left on the
LCD instead of the 【
】 button in the last step.
Description on Pending Fax Job
You can check pending FAX jobs such as reserved(delay) FAX, broadcast FAX, Polling FAX and cancel each
of them.

Press 【Fax】 button at the left on the LCD to go to the fax mode, and then press 【◀】or【 ▶】 button until [Tx
Mode] appears, and then press 【OK】 button when [Pending Fax Job] appears.
- The pending Fax jobs show the receivers` Fax numbers and Fax functions which can be classified
each other. .

Press 【▲】 or 【▼】 to select Fax Job to cancel, and then you will be asked whether to cancel the job by
pressing 【OK】 button. Select [Yes] by pressing 【◀】or 【 ▶】 button and press 【OK】 to cancel. Select [No]
and press 【OK】 go back to the previous stage.
On-Hook Dial
Use this function in case you want to call your receiver first and then scan and Fax the documents.

Place the original on the flatbed or ADF.

【On-Hook】
button to switch to [Off-Hook].
- A beep sounds from the speaker in this stage.

Check the calling sound from the receiver.
- Use the number pad to enter the number directly in case of on-hook dial. Speed dial and address
book are not supported.

Check the calling sound from the receiver.
If you dialed a wrong number or there is no response, press 【On-Hook】, 【
】 , and 【 】 buttons to return
to [On-Hook] stage.
