button until [Factory Defaults] appears, and then press 【OK】 button.

[Are you sure? Yes/No?] is displayed on the LCD.

In order to reset to the factory default, press 【◀】 or 【▶】 button to select [Yes] and then press [OK]. [Initializ-
ing..] message appears. Then, the machine restarts. Make sure that all the settings will be rest to the factory
default values.

To cancel, press 【◀】 or 【▶】 button to select [No] and press 【 OK】.
Firmware Update
In order to update the MFP firmware to the latest version, user can select Firmware Update Settings menu in
General Settings and proceed the update.
To update the firmware follow the instruction below.
