Settings and Changes of Each Function

Auto Redial
Number of Auto Redial
As many number as set here, the machine can retry to send the fax if it is not sent properly because the re-
ceiver’s fax is busy or has any problems.

Go to [Menu]
[Settings]
[Fax Settings]
[Tx Settings] [Auto. Redial] [No. of Retry].

Press
【◀】or 【▶】
button to select the number of redial.
- For the number of redial, 0-5 are available and the default value is 2.

【OK】
to save the number or redial.
Interval of Auto Redial
You can specify the interval time for Auto Redial.

Go to [Menu]
[Settings] [Fax Settings]
[Tx Settings]
[Auto. Redial] [Retry interval].

【◀】or【▶】
to select the interval of redial.
- For the interval of redial, 1-5 (minutes) are available and the default value is 2.

【OK】
to save the interval of redial.
Confidential Tx (Transmission)
If this function is on, the reception is allowed only with confidential reception password set on the receiver`s
side

Go to [Menu]
[Settings] [Fax Settings] [Tx Settings] [Confidential Tx].

to set the confidential Tx

to save the setting.
- When it is [ON], enter the password.
Use the number pad to enter a 4-digit password, and then press【OK】
