No. of Rings
You can select the number ringing tone that is used to transfer the fax to the receiver.

Go to [Menu]
[Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [No. of Rings].

【◀】 or 【▶】
button to select the number of rings.

【OK】
to apply the setting.
- The available number is 1-10 and the default value is 4.
Auto Reduction
The incoming documents are automatically reduced.

Go to [Menu]
[Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [Auto Reduction].

Press
【▲】 or 【▼】
button to turn on or off Auto Reduction.

Press OK button to save the setting.
Tray
You can select input tray.

Go to [Menu]
[Settings] [Fax Settings] [Rx Settings] [Tray].

Press 【▲】 or 【▼】 to select a tray
- The trays are Auto, Tray 1, Tray 2, Tray 3 and MPT(Multi-purpose Tray).
- Tray 2 and Tray 3 are activated only when mounted on the machine.

Press 【OK】 button to apply the selected Tray type.
