In this password change menu, you can change the Administrator password which should be entered
when accessing to the administrator mode.
Address Book
You can print address book and back up or restore it to USB.
Using Control Panel

Press

Address Book

after accessing to the Administrator menu.Press

Print
】
to print Address Book.

The window, then, returns to the home screen.

Backup
】
after connecting USB to the machine. A popup window appears and ask whether to back
up.

Press 【
Backup
】 to back up the address book in USB. The file name is address.bak.

After connecting USB which includes address.bak, press

Restore
】
to restore the address book.
