Preparation for Using the Machine

Printing Network Report
Print the Network Report to check the network settings of the machine.
Change the settings with referring to network settings such as IP included in the network report.

Make sure the machine is on.

Press 【MENU】 button

【▲】 or 【▼】
button until [Report] appears.
Press 【OK】 button.

Press
【▲】 or 【▼】
button until [Network Report] appears.
Press 【OK】 button.
Note
- Enter the correct IP in the port field in the machine driver settings to print from the network.
- Your computer and the machine have identical addresses in "Netmask" and "Gateway".
- In case the machine`s IP address is set as an automatic setting(DHCP), no separate setting is
required.
- If DHCP is selected, the IP address is subject to change upon the network environments.
If the machine is not connected to the network, check the allocated IP address first and
consult your network administrator in case the IP address keeps changing.
