Copy Quality
Select the scan resolution of the originals. High quality provides excellent print quality compared to the general
quality, but the scanning takes longer.
Note
- Duplex can be used only when specifying the output paper size to “A4” or “Letter”.
- Duplex can be used with the combined copy function together.
Reduction Copy of A3 to Letter
A3 documents can be reduced to A4 size.
Preparation for Scanning A3 Documents

Place A3 document and fit it onto the fiducial point for A4 Scan on the upper left on the glass.

Lower down the Automatic Document Feeder(ADF) unit slowly
