E-mailing the Scanned Files
If the device is connected to the network, you can E-mail the scanned image directly. Set the E-mail server in
[Network Settings] before E-mailing the scanned images.
Set the SMTP server to send your E-mail.

Place the original.

Press 【Scan】 button.

【OK】
button when [Where to Scan] appears.

【OK】
button in [Email Scan] to set your receiver`s address.
① Search Address Book: Select the receiver from the address book.
* Selecting multiple receivers is possible. Press 【▶】 button to select multiple receivers and
press 【OK】 button.
② Direct Input: New E-mail addresses can be directly entered.
