Gathering __________________________________
Machíne Preparation:
- Pattern: Straight Stitch
- Stitch Width; Straight
- Stitch Length: Longest
- Foot: Standard Zigzag
Sewing Instructons:
Use this technique for gathering waistbands, sleeve caps etc. At 1/4 of an inch
from the edge of the seam, begin by backstitching and then continue to sew the
length required. When seam is complete, raise the needle to it's highest, raise the
presser foot and pull the upper and lower threads to the back of the foot. Cut your
thread ends leaving a minimum 6 inches of thread. Repeat this procedure once
again at 1/4 of an inch from your first row of stitching. Once the two rows are
completed, draw in your fabric the required amount by pulling on the bobbin
thread. Secure thread ends.

Instrucciones para coser:
Use esta técnica para fruncir elásticos, mangas anchas etc. A un
1/4 de pulgada del orillo de la costura, comience a coser costura
larga y continúe hasta el final. Cuando esté completo, levante la
aguja a lo más alto, levante el prénsatela y hale los hijos de arriba
y de abajo hacia atrás del pie. Corte los hilos dejando un mínimo
de 6 pulgadas de hilo. Repita este proceso una vez más a 1/4 de
pulgada de la primera hilera. Una vez las dos hileras estén
terminadas, frunza lo necesario halando con el hilo de la bobina.
Asegure los hilos.
Froncer
Préparation de ia Machine :
- Point: Droit
- Largeur de Point: Droit
- Longueur de Point: Le plus long
- Pied: Pied Zigzag
Mode D'empioie :
Utilisez cette technique pour froncer la taille, la tête de manche et
cetera. A partir de 6 mm du bord de la couture, débuter avec un point
arrière et continuer à coudre la longueur de couture demander. La
couture terminer, élevez l'aiguille au plus haut et lever le pied
presseur, ensuite tirer les fils vers l'arrière du pied. Coupez le fil à
15cm. Répétez cette procédure encore une fois a 6 mm de la couture
initiale. Les deux rangs terminer, diminuer le tissu en tirant sur les fils
de la canette. Sécuriser les bouts des fils.
