Pilrtial knitting by increasing stitches.
Set Russel Levers on Knitter and Ribber Carriages to I
and- positions respectively.
(1) On the side opposite Carriage, push up needles for
the width to be shaped by partial knitting to 0
position .
(2) Knit one row, then yarn will be laid over needles
in 0 position.
(3) To prevent a hole from being formed in the fabric,
bring yarn under the first inside needle in 0 posi-
tion.
(If
partial knitting is required on both sides, apply
step (1) before knitting the next row .)
(4) Knit one row.
(5) On the side opposite Carriage, push needles in 0
position to be increased back to C position, and
knit one row .
Note : When knitting in a stitch pattern stitches in 0
position must be replaced into needle hook,
using Transfer Tool.
(6) Repeat steps (3)-(5).
