STRAIGHT STITCHES
5. a. Start to sew stepping on the foot
control.
b. Guide the fabric gently with your
hand.
c. When you reach the end of the fabric,
stop the machine by releasing the
foot control.
6. a. Turn the hand wheel to raise the
needle.
b. Raise the presser foot by pushing
the lever up.
c. Use the thread cutter above the
presser foot to cut off excess threads.
d.
Pull both threads under and to the
back of the presser foot, leaving 4
inches (10 cm) clear.

5. a. Iniziare a cucire azionando il
reostato.
b. Guidate la stoffa con la mano.
c. Quando si arriva alla fine del tessuto
arrestare la macchina togliendo il
piede dal reostato.
6. a. Girate il volantino in avanti finchè
l'ago in alto.
b. Mettete il piedino premi-stoffa in alto
con la leva.
c. Tagliate i fili in pi sulla lama montata
sulla barra porta-ago.
d. Tirate tutti i fili all'indietro sotto il
piedino premistoffa e lasciatene
circa 10 cm. in più.

5. a. Treten Sie auf den Fußanlasser um
mit dem Nähen zu beginnen.
b. Den Stoff behutsam mit der Hand
führen.
c. Wenn Sie das Ende des Stoffes
erreichen, stoppen Sie die Maschine
indem Sie den Fuß vom Anlasser
nehmen.
6. a. Die Nadel mit dem Handrad
hochstellen.
b. Den Nähfuß-Lüfterhebel hochstellen.
c. Die Fäden mit dem oberhalb des
Nähfuses angebrachten
Fadenabschneider abschneiden.
d.
Beide Fäden 10 cm lang unter dem
Nähfuß nach hinten ziehen.
