No Power
The AC outlet may not have
power
Ask them to try a different outlets. Check
outlet with another electrical device to
ensure it has power. If problem is not
resolved - machine has to be replaced
CD Player Not
working or get the
following error
messages "- -" , "E",
or "NO" is displayed
1) Disc is inserted upside
down.
1) Insert disc correctly.
2) Disc is dirty
2) Wipe clean with soft cloth
3) Disc is scratched
3) Use a new disc
4) Disc is warped
4) Use a new disc
5) A nonstandard disc is
inserted
5) Only use disc bearing standard logo
6) Lens is dirty

No Sound

Please follow the steps below to connect
the unit to your TV or VCR or home stereo
system:
(a) Locate the multicolored patch cords.
(b) Connect audio cables (White and Red)
to the Audio Out of the back of the Singing
Machine.
(c) Connect the other end of the audio
cables to the audio/auxiliary input on your
TV or VCR or home stereo system.
Volume is Low / CD
Player
1) Volume control is set to
minimum
1) Turn Up the volume (CD Player)
1a) Reboot the machine
Volume is Low /
Bluetooth
2) Volume control is set to
minimum
2) Turn Up the volume on Bluetooth
(a) Pair Bluetooth with another device to
test sound
