Warranty Guide

This product is warranted for its lifetime with respect to manufacturing defects and design defects.
The exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the product (as determined by
Sinkology®) and does not include installation or shipping costs.
This warranty does not apply to damage or malfunction caused by any of the following:
(a) installation of the product not in compliance with manufacturer’s instructions
(b) use of the product in a manner other than its intended use
(c) failure to maintain the product in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions
(d) natural changes in the color of the product (for example, natural changes in the color of copper)
(e) alteration of the product
(f) using a residential product for anything other than residential purposes (for example, using a
residential product for commercial purposes)
(g) misuse or abuse of the product
(h) and/or acts of God

SINKOLOGY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSSES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES
WAS KNOWN OR FORESEEABLE.
Some states preclude or restrict our limitations and exclusions pertaining to implied warranties and
consequential damages; therefore, such limitations and exclusions might not apply to you. You
should also check your state’s laws to determine what other rights you may have.
