UTILITY STITCHES
Sewing over-casting stitches using over-casting foot "Y"
Three stitches can be used to sew over-casting with over-casting foot "Y".
CAUTION
A Attach overcasting foot "Y".

B Select a stitch.
• For details, refer to "Selecting stitching"

C Position the fabric with the edge of the fabric against the guide of the presser foot, and then
lower the presser foot lever.

D Sew with the edge of the fabric against the presser foot guide.

Be sure to turn off the main power before replacing the presser foot. Otherwise,
injuries may occur if (Start/stop button) is accidentally pressed and the machine starts
sewing.
