STEP1:Shed Base Frame Assemble Link the two "K34-1" and "K34-2" to each other, and reinforce the four corners with"T-F". T-F K34-1 T-F K34-2 T-F K34-1 K34-2 K34-1 2 K34-2 2 T-F 4 F1 24 T-F Note: The larger hole is always covered over the small hole.
STEP2:Shed Side Panels Assemble Mount the 4 "W5-C" on the Shed Base Frame Assemble as shown.
STEP3:Install two "K34-3" on "W5-C" as shown K34-3 up F1 down W5-C W5-C W5-C K34-3 2 F1 14 W5-C STEP4:Link "K34-4" and "K34-5" with "K34-3" using 4 "C2" K34-4 up down K34-4 W5-C W5-C K34-3 W5-C W5-C F1 K34-3 K34-5 K34-4 K34-3 K34-4 Back door C2 K34-4 1 K34-5 1 F1 16 C2 4 K34-5 K34-3 K34-5 Forward F1 C2 K34-3 K34-3
STEP5:Install three "W5" on "K35-4" F1 W5 W5 W5 W5-C W5-C W5-C W5-C W5 3 F1 26 F2 4 F2 STEP6:Install the remaining "W5" according to the diagram.
STEP7:Install "ULA" on the left side of the door frame and "URA" on the right side of the door frame.
STEP8:1.Install the "GF" window in the position shown in the figure. 2.
STEP10:Shed Top Panels Assemble"K34-8" is mounted on the top left and top right. K34-8 F1 K34-8 K34-8 K34-8MM K34-8M V2 STEP11:Install the remaining two "K35-8MM"and" K35-8M" in the ceiling void.
STEP12:1 .Install hemming "K34-9" on both sides of the roof. 2.Connect and install K34-10R and K34-10L on the rear side of the roof. 3.Connect and install K34-10R and K34-10L on the front side of the roof 4.Install the corner "GC" on the four corners of the roof.
Door Assemble STEP13:1.Assemble "W5-X" and "W3-HX" together using "F2" 2.Install "DD""DLA1" and "DRA1" around the door. 3.Install "DX1" on the inside of the door for reinforcement as shown in the figure. STEP14:1 .Install the two "DH" hinges on one side of the door using 8 "F3" screws 2.Use 6 "F2" screws to fasten the "DCS" part to the door as shown STEP15:1 .Use 8 "F3" screws to mount the door in the position shown 3.
STEP15:The exposed parts of the screws need to be covered with plastic protective caps.Screw positions:Exposed parts of ceiling and k34-7 assembly screws.
