Figure 22 Sensor table example
All types of configured sensors allocated to a gateway will be shown in the sensor
table, as illustrated in the example shown above. When a sensor has been
commissioned the device MAC address will be reported in the Hardware ID column.
To edit or view the properties dialog of a sensor, select its associated gateway to
update the sensor list and then select the sensor from that list. Click the Edit button
below the sensor list or directly double click the table entry to open the sensor
properties dialog.

A mesh or leaf mode sensor is configured in the hierarchy so most settings/actions,
aside from Clear Hardware ID, are read only.
A second tab, Status, feeds back information on Hardware revision and Firmware
Version, Self-diagnostics status and when Created, Last updated and
Synchronization status changed. Note the information provided is updated on
opening the dialog box, not in real time.
Updating the sensor list by selecting the relevant gateway acts as a useful check that
the gateway is actually associated with the machines it should be. If it is, the
expected sensors will be displayed.
2.4.3 Synchronisation of configuration changes
By completing all the configuration and pre-commissioning work described, the
machine hierarchy, sensor and gateway information will be available as a
‘Commissioning Route’, when the sensor installer starts the app and connects to
