– Press the button , in order to take over the new
setting.
Select TV standard
– Press the menu knob . The operator menu is indicated in
the TV picture.
– Select and confirm the menu point “SETTINGS”. The current
standard is displayed in the highlighted lettering.
– Select and confirm the menu point “Standard”. Now carry out
the settings.
– Turn the menu button , in order to set the desired TV
standard.
– Press the button , in order to take over the new setting.
Note
An incorrect setting of the TV standard can lead to a distortion of the TV
picture.
Call up video text
– Press the menu knob in the TV mode. The menu SELECT
appears.
– Select and confirm the menu point “VIDEOTEXT” in the oper-
ator menu. If the current station transmits video text data, the
panel 100 appears in the full picture mode.
– Press the button , in order to exit the video text mode.
Note
• The display of the video text panel can be changed with the button for
automatic station finding .
• The text panel is shown in the following order - full picture - upper half
picture - lower half picture - full picture by repetitively pressing the
button.
Call up video text panel
– Turn the menu knob to the left or right, in order to reach the
desired video text panel in stages.
– The panel number can be changed by turning the menu knob
.
– Press the menu knob in order to confirm the selection, the
marking changes to the next digit. Continue with the entry as
described. If the last digit was confirmed, the panel is being
searched and displayed.
Note
If you wish to call up a specific board, press the menu knob in order to
change to the entry mode. An entry bar appears, the first digit of the three-
digit number is 1.

