
7. Handlingandstorage
(a)Precautionsforsafehandling
Always follow the warning information on the batteries and in the manuals of devices. Only use the recommended
battery types. Keep batteries away from children. For devices to be used by children, the battery casing should be
protectedagainstunauthorizedaccess.Unpackedbatteriesshallnotlieaboutinbulk.Incaseofbatterychangealways
replace all batteries by new ones of identical type and brand. Do not swallow batteries. Do not throw batteries into
water.Donotthrowbatteriesintofire.Avoiddeepdischarge.DonotshortcircuitbatteriesUserecommendedcharging
timeandcurrent.
(b)Conditionsforsafestorage,includinganyincompatibilities
Ifthe polymer Liionbattery issubject to storageforsuch a long term as more than 3months, it is recommendedto
recharge the polymer Liion battery periodically. Operating temperature: Charge:0~45. Discharge:‐20~60
And recommended at‐20~45 for 1 month storage, at‐20~35 for 3 months storage. The capacity recovery
rateinthedeliverystate(50%capacityoffullycharged)afterstorageisassumedtobe80%ormore.Thevoltagefora
long time storage shall be 3.7V~4.2V range. Do not storage polymer Liion battery haphazardly in a box or drawer
wheretheymayshortcircuiteachotherorbeshortcircuitedbyothermetalobjects.Keepoutofreachofchildren.

