Select a confectioners chocolate
pouch and HAVE AN ADULT place
in HOT tap water.
Make sure water
temperature will
not burn.
Squeeze contents down towards the
bottom of the pouch and have an adult
cut STRAIGHT across the pouch as
shown.
Remove pouch from water and wipe dry
with a towel. Gently knead pouch to
ensure contents are melted and smooth. If
not, return pouch to hot tap water and
continue to melt.
Insert the pen tip into the
open end of the pouch.
Place the clamp around the pouch and
the pen tip as shown and close.
Make sure there is at least 1/8 inch of
excess pouch protruding beyond the
clamp to ensure a proper seal.
120°F
NOTE: Do not let water touch the confectioners
chocolate. Contact with water will prevent finished treats
from hardening correctly.
NOTE: Wash all pen tips, pen
caps and clamps thoroughly
before use.
NOTE: DO NOT HEAT
POUCH IN MICROWAVE.
ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED
