IMPORTANT In any emergency situation, always take the plug out of its socket. CLEANING Clean and sanitize deli slicers per these instructions at least once every four hours in order to prevent the growth of disease-causing bacteria. ADVICES Electrical or mechanical maintenance shall be made by qualified persons. The person in charge of the maintenance performances shall check the machine works under TOTAL SAFETY CONDITIONS. CAUTION BE CAREFUL WHEN CLEANING THE KNIFE.
