1. IntroducƟon 1.1 Safety The Juice Extractor model EX is simple to use and easy to clean. For your safety, read the following instruc ons to avoid accidents: 1.1.1 -Unplug the machine for cleaning, maintenance or any other service. 1.1.2 - Never make use of any tool or instrument that is not originally part of the machine during any opera on. 1.1.3 - Before switching the machine on check if Crown # 09 or 10 (Pic. 01) and the Juice Chamber # 02 (Pic-01) are firmly a ached to their right posi ons. 1.1.

InstallaƟon and Pre-OperaƟon 2.1 InstallaƟon For a good performance, the Juice Extractors must be placed onto a leveled stable surface approximately 33 ½” inches high. Make sure you are connec ng the equipment to the right voltage 110V .
3. OperaƟon 3.1 StarƟng IMPORTANT Always wait unƟl the motor complete stop before changing the crown. Make sure the Crown is properly fi ed. To start opera ng turn ON the ON/OFF switch # 05 (Pic-1) located on the Base # 06 (Pic01). 3.2 Feeding Procedures Juice Extractors work with high speed. First, cut the oranges or the halves.
3.3 CauƟons with Stainless Steel The Stainless Steel may present rust signs, which ARE ALWAYS CAUSED BY EXTERNAL AGENTS, especially when the cleaning or sani za on is not constant and appropriate. The Stainless Steel resistance towards corrosion is mainly due to the presence of chrome, which in contact with oxygen allows the forma on of a very thin protec ve coat. This protec ve coat is formed through the whole surface of the steel, blocking the ac on of external corrosive agents.
4. General Safety PracƟces IMPORTANT If any recommendaƟon is not applicable to your equipment, please ignore it. The following safety instruc ons are addressed to both the operator of the machine as well as the person in charge of maintenance. The machine has to be delivered only in perfect condi ons of use by the Distributor to the user.
