Skylight Frame

Start Guide

Contents of the Box

Display your Skylight horizontally or vertically, and photos will

automatically rotate to ﬁt the frame’s orientation.

Support stand: Find the parallel lines marked with ‘Stand’ in

the bottom or left side of the thin, rectangular groove on the

back of your Skylight. Align and insert the support stand, silver

magnet-side up, until it clicks into place.

Mount Skylight: Find the two wall mount holes in the

upper-middle and right side of the back of the frame to mount

your Skylight on the wall either horizontally or vertically.

Set Up

1. Connect the power adapter:

a. The rectangular USB end of the cord connects to the

USB port on the power adapter.

b. The round end of the cord plugs vertically up into the

power port on the back of your Skylight (it is the port

marked ‘Power’ on the upper edge of the square

indentation in the center of the back of your frame).

2. Connect the adapter to an outlet: Your Skylight home

screen will appear shortly.

Turn On

If you have purchased the Skylight Plus plan, you can

manage all of the frames under your account and gain

access to these premium features:

Mobile App: Additional access to download, share, and

bulk delete photos using the Skylight app from the Apple

or Google Play store.

Skylight Web: View, download, share, and delete photos

using the cloud portal at app.ourskylight.com.

Videos: Send videos to your Skylight via email, mobile

app or Skylight Web. Video sound can be enabled on

your frame.

Captions: Send photos with captions using the mobile

app or Skylight Web.

Plus can be purchased in-app or at

www.skylightframe.com/plus.

Features WiFi 1. Select your network: A list of available WiFi networks will appear on the right side of the screen. Tap to choose your network from the list. Swipe up if the list is long. If your network does not appear, wait for 30 seconds and check once more. 2. Enter your password: If your WiFi requires a password, a prompt will appear. Type in your password using the on-screen keyboard. Don’t make any typos! Skylight will say "WiFi Connected" once it has connected successfully. Activate 1.
