LAN-DVR Connection
See the diagram below for steps to connect your DVR to a local area network or the internet. For
remote monitoring from your computer，you must have a LAN connection available or broadband
Internet access.
USER SETUP: When accessing the DVR
from a remote location you will be prompted
for a login and password. The default is
“admin” for full administrator rights. Set “User
ID” and password to setup a user with limited
rights to prevent tampering.
DDNS SETUP：If you require an external
service to maintain a dynamic IP address enter
the user information here.
