Thank-you for purchasing your Forno Venetzia Accessories! With proper care and maintenance these accessories
will help you to master cooking on your oven and join you on many culinary adventures for years to come.
Oven Tools
Oven tools such as the model(s) SLRACC25, FVA3120, FVA5090 and FVA5120 are intended to be used with all wood
fired ovens. These can be used outdoors but should never be left outdoors! The wooden handles are attached to
the stainless steel poles using steam which once cooled maintains a secure grip on the stainless steel pole.
Exposure to moisture and external environments for any extended period of time will result in the wooden handles
becoming loose and disconnecting from the stainless steel pole.
Cleaning your oven tools
After use, wash the paddle portion of the pizza peel(s) only with warm water and a gentle dish detergent. Never
submerse the wooden handles under water or subject them to water. Dry thoroughly after washing and store
indoors.
The fire poker, wire cleaning brush and shovel do not need to be cleaned but should be kept indoors in a dry place
when not being used.
