Electrical installations
All electrical installations must be made in accordance with the local electrical standards and
the National Electrical Code
®
ANSI/NFPA70 or the Canadian Electrical Code
®.
CSA C22.1.
• Use only +194°F (+90°C) copper wire for all DC wiring connections to the screw
terminals between the PV modules and the Connection Unit and between the Connection
Unit and the inverter.
• The DC input and output circuits are isolated from the enclosure and that system grounding,
if required by Section 250 of the
National Electrical Code
®
, ANSI/NFPA 70, is the
responsibility of the installer.
• Make sure that no damaged cables are being used.
