Neem bij technische problemen met onze producten contact op met de SMA Service Line. Wij
hebben de volgende gegevens nodig om u efficiënt te kunnen helpen:
• type van de omvormer
• serienummer van de omvormer
• firmwareversie van de omvormer
• eventueel landspecifieke instellingen van de omvormer
• type en aantal van de aangesloten PV-panelen
• montageplaats en montagehoogte van de omvormer
• melding van de omvormer
• optionele uitrusting, bijv. communicatieproducten
• bedrijfsmodus van het multifunctionele relais (indien aanwezig)
