You can also download the SMART Screen Share app for Chromebooks, Windows computers, Mac
computers, iOS devices, and Android devices.
To learn how to use the other features of Screen Share, see Sharing your device’s screen to the
display.
Using screenshots
When using the Browser or Screen Share apps, you can write or draw on a screenshot and save it
to the Files Library.

Installing third-party apps
You can install third-party apps from the Google Play Store using SMARTRemote Management.
To learn more about installing third-party apps, see Deploying third-party apps on your display.
Cleaning up the display
After you’ve finished using the display, tap Clean Up
on the Home screen to clean up the
display for the next user.
l For education models:
o
Saves the whiteboard to the Files Library
o
Saves the SMARTNotebook file to the Files LIbrary
o
Erases the whiteboard
l For enterprise models, saves the kapp Whiteboard to the Files Library (if saving to the Library
is enabled in Settings)
l Resets Browser (clears the browser history, cache, cookies and closes all open tabs, and
opens a new tab)
l Removes all tiles under Recent
l Closes all applications, including third-party apps.
