The meter has malfunctioned. Do a Quality Control Test or reinstall
the battery to check if the meter
works properly.
Meter detects an abnormal
signal while testing.
Repeat the test using a new test strip.
Meter senses that strip code
may be affected.
Remove strip, check it and reinsert.
If unsuccessful, discard the strip and
use a new one.
An issue calibrating the Meter
has occurred.
Remove the test strip from the meter.
Turn off the meter (press and hold the
“Home” button for 3 seconds).
Press and hold the “Home” button
again to turn the meter on and insert
the test strip.
If you do not see the error message
again your meter is functioning
properly and able to perform a test.
The applied blood sample
volume is insufficient.
Discard the used strip and repeat the
test using a new test strip.
